We want you to be happy with Sub.Art. If it doesn't work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as the conditions below are met.

Conditions

• Time limit: your request must reach us within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Fair use of cloud transcription: refunds are available if you have used less than 60 minutes of cloud transcription on your license. Usage of Premiere Pro's built-in transcription is not counted.
• One refund per customer: a refund can be granted only once per customer. A new purchase by the same customer (same email address, payment method or license holder) after a refund is not eligible for another refund.
• No abuse: we may refuse a refund in case of clear abuse, for example heavy use of the software or of cloud transcription followed by a refund request, or repeated purchases and refunds.

What each plan gets

• Lifetime and Founder licenses: full refund within 14 days of purchase, under the conditions above.
• Subscriptions: when a free trial is offered, you can cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. Your first paid period can be refunded within 14 days of the first charge, under the conditions above. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number. We check your request against the conditions above and reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our reseller Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated on all computers and Sub.Art stops working on them. Captions you already added to your Premiere Pro projects stay in your projects.

Your legal rights

Sub.Art is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or license activation has started. This refund policy is a commercial guarantee we offer on top of that. It does not limit any right you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country, including in case of a defective product.
